What payment options are available?
AELA accepts membership payment via credit card through our secure, third-party payment system, Stripe.
No payment information is stored on the AELA website, and all financial information is handled by Stripe.

How do I update my email or address?
Your can update your AELA Online Account information in the the Members Area. Update your information via the following button:
How do I renew my membership?
Your membership is part of a subscription and will automatically renew after 12 months. If your membership expires for any reason, you can access our NEW Membership Payment Portal to renew or modify your membership.

How do I update my billing/card details?
Using our new Membership Payment Portal, you can manage your billing and membership subscription details directly in our secure payment platform, Stripe.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership via the cancellation form, or you can use our new Membership Payment Portal to cancel your membership directly in our secure payment platform, Stripe.

NEW Membership Payments Portal!
Using our new Membership Payment Portal, you can manage your billing and membership subscription details directly in our secure payment platform, Stripe.
In the Membership Payment Portal, you can:
- Update your billing/card details
- Renew a lapsed membership
- Upgrade/downgrade your membership plan
- View and download receipts/invoices
- Cancel your membership
When you click on the above button, you will be asked to enter your email address associated with your AELA Membership. You'll then receive an email from our payment gateway, Stripe, with a direct link to access your Membership Payment Portal.
